Wood is a natural material and will have some flaws, this is part of what makes it interesting, we cannot guarantee no flaws but do our best to minimize.
Hardwood is also known to move and shift and even crack so while we can't guarantee it will stay perfect,
if you live within an hour of our shop, we will make up to three adjustments in the 1st year of ownership without cost.
JHGWoodCraft Projects are 50% at start of project and 50% at completion to your satisfaction.

Return Policy:For store items if an item is faulty, we will accept a return or exchange, we do not accept returns for wood variations or blemishes or natural behaviors (like expansion or cracking).
